FOX NEWS is not really a news channel it is an entertainment channel. We need to urge President Obama to get the FCC to re-regulate this genre so that news stays news and entertainment has to be labeled differently. More on this later. Letter to the NCGOP
Galatians 6:7-8 reads:
“…7Do not be deceived and deluded and misled; God will not allow Himself to be sneered at (scorned, disdained, or mocked by mere pretensions or professions, or by His precepts being set aside.) [He inevitably deludes himself who attempts to delude God.] For whatever a man sows, that and that only is what he will reap.
8For he who sows to his own flesh (power and prestige) will from the flesh reap decay and ruin and destruction, but he who sows to the Spirit will from the Spirit reap eternal life…”
The Reverend Jeremiah sermonizes:
“… Where Governments fail, God does not fail. The Roman govt. failed, The British government used to rule from East to West she colonized Kenya and Ghana Nigeria, Barbados…and Hong Kong. Her navies ruled the seven seas all the way to the tip of Argentina to the Falklands. But the British government failed. The Russian govt. failed, the Japanese govt. failed… and the United States government when it came to treating her citizens of Indian descent fairly, she failed. She put them on the reservations. When it came to treating her citizens of Japanese descent fairly, she failed; she put them in internment prison camps. When it came to treating her citizens of African descent fairly, America failed; she put them in chains; the government put them on slave quarters, put them on auction blocks, put them in cotton fields, put them in inferior schools, put them in substandard housing, put them in scientific experiments, put them in the lowest paying jobs, put them outside the EQUAL protection of the law, kept them out of their racists bastions of higher education and locked them in to helplessness and hopelessness. The government gives them the drugs, builds bigger prisons, then passes a three strikes law and then wants us to sing God Bless America, no no..” Well you know the rest.
This is not controversial this is the TRUTH. Probably not your truth because you are part of the privileged group. Your skin is the right color. But I’ll ask you. What should he have said? God bless America for enslaving my people. God bless America for putting the Japanese in prison camps, God Bless America for the genocide of its indigenous people. God Bless America for disenfranchising people of color. God Bless America for its unequal justice system. Is this what he should’ve said? Is this what you expect me to say?
We are not fooled. We know full well the reason why voting rights are taken away from felons. We also know full well why $10.00 worth of crack cocaine is a felony and $10.00 worth of powder is a misdemeanor. You’ve seen with this election the voice of African Americans and their progressive brothers and sisters of all races and you’re scared. Scared that there will be a dismantling of what your brothers Bill O’Reilly and John McCain refer to as the elimination of the White Christian male Power Structure.
Well unfortunately the tide is turning in America. Don’t worry, we are not Beings full of fear. For God says that he hasn’t given us a spirit of fear and timidity but one of courage. Because fear comes from Satan – so check yourself.
Now as Galatians says. God will NOT be mocked. You are either not a Christian or you’re a fool – you are messing with an ordained minister that has spent the last 40 years trying to uplift his community. The rest of the scripture reads: you reap what you sow. In other words what comes around goes around, or as Rev. Wright would say, the chickens will come home to roost. It goes on to explain that if you sew things of the flesh you will reap only decay. You see, what you fail to understand, is nothing that you have belongs to you. It is God’s, he has just granted you stewardship over it, manager if you will. And there will come a time when he will look at what he’s given you and ask, “so how are you managing your blessings?” And what will you say? Hmmmm…
Pull the ad, keep the ad. It makes no difference. Senator Barack Hussein Obama will be the next president of the United States. And you may be able to seek atonement through that event. It’s up to you.

Exelon, Barack, Clinton and Penn
Even as Sen. Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign was blasting Sen. Barack Obama for his ties to the Exelon Corporation, the firm of Mark Penn, Clinton’s chief strategist, was earning hundreds of thousands of dollars from the very same nuclear energy giant. (click the title for full article)

Interestingly, what Sen. Clinton does not tell the media is the very bill that she is accusing Sen. Obama of watering down and making “back room deals” is the bill that SHE CO-SPONSORED. hmmmmm….
Desperation manifests itself in many different forms. It is my belief that a persons character is most amplified and revealed when under pressure. This example was given to me by a professor in my past. “On my way to work one day I see a school bus and it has had an accident, plus it’s on fire. I’m late for work. What choices do I make? Do I stop? Do I just call 911 on my cell? Let’s say I choose to stop. At that point I’m putting the lives of the people on that bus ahead of my own. Do I actually go on the bus or do I call from the outside asking if they need help? Let’s say I choose to go on the bus which is in flames. Do I just rescue a few children near the front or do I rescue them all? Do I step over other kids to reach the African American kids first? Every choice that I make says something about my character.
Senator Clinton has had choices to make. Though the pundits say that she is not behind in the national poles, the voters have said otherwise. She and her camp believed that they would have the nomination locked after February 5th’s “super Tuesday”. However, the voters said otherwise. Now Barack has won the last 8 primaries and caucuses. Clinton is under pressure, what has she chosen to do? Instead of highlighting all of the great things she has done for America, or touting what she will do, or perhaps even contrasting her methods vs. Obama’s; she has chosen to distort, exaggerate, or neglect the truth.
This says something about her character…If she had so much to offer the American people, we would recognize it. This is not the Kennedy/Nixon match-up where Nixon’s homely looks could not compare to the movie star appeal of JFK. Hillary is a nice looking lady, yet something is missing. People are not connecting. Most of the folks that I’ve spoken with and who are voting for her are not doing so because they are excited about what she will be able to do. They simply don’t think Barack has enough experience yet – they’re doing the lesser of the evils voting method.
Well I’ve already spoken on the experience issue and will not revisit it here. However, it’s a sad testimony. I don’t know about you but I’m tired of just having a choice of the lesser of the evils. I think we deserve better than that. I think we deserve a President we can respect and Hillary is not that person.
I’m not voting for Barack because “he’s at least better than Hillary”. I’m voting for Barack because he’s who our nation needs today.
